The Paul Hotel NYC in Chelsea boasts a great location with easy access to many attractions. however, my experience was marred by service issues that left much to be desired. While the bed was very comfortable, the lack of attention to cleanliness and the disorganization at check-in really impacted my stay.

I found the room in need of better housekeeping; it wasn't cleaned adequately during my stay, with dirty windows and lack of basic tidiness. In addition, I was given a different bed configuration than what I had booked, which complicated matters even further.

The service here was unfortunately lacking. I faced significant issues with my reservation, and the staff didn't seem well-prepared to handle the situation, ultimately diminishing the overall experience.

I must say, the location is a highlight—right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to explore places like Times Square and Bryant Park. This aspect of my stay was definitely a positive.

The hotel offered some standard amenities, but there was no rooftop bar or dining options as expected, which was disappointing. Additionally, the noisy air conditioning did not help my sleep quality.

I found The Paul Hotel NYC-Chelsea to be a decent choice for my stay in New York. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to attractions like the Empire State Building. However, the room felt quite small for my needs, especially when it came to hanging clothes. My interactions with the staff were generally pleasant, though at times, they could have been more proactive.
Rooms

The room was modern and clean, but small for my liking; I felt a family might find it cramped. There were some nice toiletries in the bathroom, and I appreciated the comfortable bed, which made for good rest after long days in the city.

While I did not dine extensively at the hotel, I noticed the breakfast area wasn't particularly inviting, and I opted to seek breakfast elsewhere. I missed out on the rooftop bar due to the rain, which was disappointing as I had hoped to enjoy the views.

The hotel offered basic facilities like housekeeping services and complimentary earplugs, which were really useful. However, the inconsistent bar/restaurant hours were a letdown for me.

I had a pleasant but mixed experience at The Paul Hotel in Chelsea. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city, and the rooftop bar offered nice views. However, the construction noise during my stay was a major downside, along with the small size of the room. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short visit, especially for those who prioritize location over room size.

I was surprised to find out about the breakfast options upon arrival, as I would have chosen to dine in if I had known earlier. The $9.95 breakfast seemed reasonable but wasn't well advertised.
